Refund policy

COVID-19 Virus Update:

In accordance with the recent "Shelter in place" order by Dallas County, BITY will remain open as a supplier of critical infrastructure materials for building and medical manufacturing. Some important changes:

  1. While we are open to the public and shipping orders, we ask that you call ahead so that we can have your order ready for pick up.
  2. For the safety of our staff and our other customers, we cannot accept returns on any products. Please order carefully.
  3. Demand has been high and we are stretched thin. Please be courteous of our time and understand that we are shipping as fast as our supply chain will allow.
  4. Time sensitive orders should be placed by phone: 214-575-5600
  5. California Residents: Some shipments to California have been rerouted back to us with no explanation. Please make sure you can still receive UPS Ground shipments before ordering.
  6. As of right now, we are still open to the public. This may change with little or no notice. Please call ahead if you are picking up an order.

Bity Mold Supply will accept returns within 30 days of purchase if product/material has not been opened, is in original packaging and deemed re-saleable by a Bity Mold Supply representative. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all related freight charges.
Call Bity Mold Supply and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Have your receipt handy to give relevant information.
Note: Material returned to Bity Mold Supply without an RMA will be refused or processed without credit being issued.
Send material FREIGHT PREPAID to Bity Mold Supply.
Appropriate credit will be made to your account or credit card when the returned product is verified using above criteria. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all related freight charges.
Packaging Problems & Issues – Product received that is damaged in transit, exhibiting leaking, etc., needs to be reported within three business days of receipt of material.
