CONGO FLEX is a two-component polyurethane that can be used to produce hard elastomers with very high physical properties. CONGO FLEX is ideal for vines, trees, roots and even leaves that require a more “Life- Like” texture or feel. CONGO FLEX can be used for molds or sculpture reproductions. These materials contain no plasticizer and no mercury catalysts. It cures at room temperature.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Thoroughly mix the “B” component prior to use. Mix the two components at a ratio of 2 to 1 by volume for about two minutes or until uniform. Scrape sides and bottom of mixing container. Keep containers tightly closed and store between 70 and 100F. Do not expose components to moisture. Use in a well ventilated area.

Do not apply to surfaces if rain is expected within 12 hours after application or in direction sunlight at temperatures in excess of 90◦F

Test application to evaluate appearance and performance is strongly recommended.

Do not apply to frozen or frost filled surfaces.

Not recommended for asphalt surfaces

In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. For eye contact, flush immediately with water. Consult physician immediately. For respiratory problems, remove person to fresh air.
