Important! Some of you have requested resin formulas for rotational casting and other applications with a higher Shore D value. Here are some Harder and/or less expensive alternatives to EasyFlo 120:

• TC-808 78D (Cures White)
  
• TC-808 Jet Black 78D (Cures Black)
• TC-800 75D Casting Resin
  
• ArtKast Pourable (Harder and Less Expensive!)

EasyFlo 120 is a 1:1 by volume (100A:90B by weight) low viscosity, 2 min. working time white polyurethane casting plastic designed for roto-casting or slush casting to create hollow parts.

This is very tough plastic, hollow parts are nearly unbreakable.

May be thickened with PolyFiber II for brushing into molds or onto surfaces.
May be extended with PolyFil ND.

Pigment with PolyPig Pigments.

Can also be poured for solid casting, but for such applications - consider EasyFlo 60 or EasyFlo 90
